The dental products isle at the grocery store can be enough to make your head spin, with each product making promises how do you know what's really worth the money!!!
Glide Floss: Every dental provider has different feelings on dental floss. I like glide because it doesn't tear, doesn't break. It also easily slides between tight contacts and does not get caught up around dental restorations.
2. Crest Detoxify Toothpaste: It's very smooth and has great bubbly effect that get into the tightest nooks and crannies!
3. Retainer Brite- A great daily/weekly cleaner for all orthodontic retainers and night guards! Leaves them smelling and looking so fresh and so clean clean!
4. Platypus Ortho Flossers- this is an ortho patients best friend. It makes flossing a breeze and goes under even the tightest in band wires!!!
5. ACT Fluoride Rinse- With the average individual not having access to daily fluoride, this rinse helps fight against cavities. The best time to use this is at nighttime right before you go to bed. It should be the last thing you do before you go to bed, don't eat or drink after.
